GEARUP Partnership Conference Underway at UC
The following message is from Stephanie Cappel, executive director, CECH Partner for Achieving School Success.
The Partner for Achieving School Success (PASS), a center in the College of Education, Criminal Justice and Human Services (CECH) at the University of Cincinnati, is hosting the 2009 GEARUP Program Officer’s Networking Conference Nov. 2-4 at the Kingsgate Marriott Hotel and Conference Center.
This is the third-annual GEARUP Program Officer’s conference.
A welcome/keynote address by Mitchel D. Livingston, UC Vice President of Student Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer, will begin at noon on Monday, Nov 2. Livingston will welcome attendees from 12 states. More than 90 participants are expected representing more than 20 GEARUP Partnership and State grantees.
